He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Beebe and Victoria Beebe (Sarkany); and his siblings, James Beebe, Richard "Dick" Beebe and Shari Cole.

He is survived by: his son Charles Wesley "Wes" Martin (Joanie) of Ocala, Florida; his grandson Tanner Martin (Ashley); his sister Marla Carter of Pekin; and his half-brother Perry Beebe (Debbie) of Creve Coeur. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
