She was predeceased by: her father Harry J Welsh; her brother William Welsh; her grandparents, Harry A Welsh and Dulce Marie Welsh; her grandson Joseph Taylor Jr.; and her aunt Maryann Ogilvie.

She is survived by: her mother Joanne Welsh; her fiancé Jeffrey Raithel Sr. of Bayview Gardens; her children, Andrea Lancaster (Chris) of Creve Coeur, Illinois, Samantha Mohrmann (Troy) of Fergus Fall, Minnesota, Erica Fay of Creve Coeur, Brian Fay (Teresa) and Benjamin Fay (Ashley) of Fairbury; her siblings, James Welsh (Noberly) of Kissimmee, David Welsh (Kerstin) of St. Cloud, Florida and Lori Allen (Jeff Sheurman) of Quincy; her aunts, Diane Kemp (Jim) of Palm Springs, Alina Alonzo and Barbara Floering (David); Shawn Thomas (Nathan) of Lexington, Illinois, Patty Raithel of Bayview Gardens, Jeffrey Raithel Jr. of Bayview Gardens and Shana Raithel of Bloomington, Illinois.. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
