He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Elias and Ruby Lee Brasher (King); and his siblings, James Lutrell, David Lutrell, Dovie McMinn and Lessie Atwood.
He is survived by: his children, Jacob "Jake" Brasher (Pamela) of Washington, Jacy Biggs (Jason) of London Mills and Jeni Wagner (Chris) of Pekin; his grandchildren, Alexander, Rachel, Elias of Meghan, C. J., Kirsten and Chase; his great grandchildren, Nola, Remy, Christopher and Abigail; his brothers, Jack Brasher (Laurie) of Creve Coeur and Donald Brasher (Elaine) of East Peoria; and his pet Mason. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
