He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stokes and Jeanne Sommers Stokes; and his brother Dave. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Stokes of Farmington and Tim Stokes of Pekin, Illinois; his stepsons, Craig Adams (Kim) of Greenville, Dave Adams (Tracy) of Mascotte, Florida and Jay Adams (Melissa) of Morton, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Amber, Cassie, Gabe, Nathan, Isabella, Hannah, Brittaney, Bryce, Ryan, Tucker and Tanner; and his brother Jim Stokes (Carla) of Peoria.
