He is survived by: his mother Marlene Culbertson of Chillicothe; his wife Laura Scully of East Peoria; his stepsons, Scott and Tim of New York; his niece Jemah Culbertson; his brother Chris Culbertson; and his friends, Jason Colby, Jamie Galindo, Steve Hoover, Scott Crawford, Ryan Orr, Tanya Colby, Nick and Laura.
