It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norman E. Harlan of East Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on October 4, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Harlan and Annie Harlan (Ewing); his wife Doris Mae Huber; and his siblings, David, Howard, Baylos, Mary and Ruth.
He is survived by: his children, Norman Harlan (Janet) of Edgefield, Teresa Wooding (Pastor Eric) of La Porte and Ron Harlan (Carissa) of Pekin; his grandchildren, Leah Bundren (Daniel), Evan Wooding, Bethany Harlan, Tate Wooding (Katie), Micah Harlan (Diana), Chandler Songer (Lily), Katie Dodd (Cody), Hannah Clarke (Stuart), Ben Harlan (Sammi) and Jude Harlan; his great grandchildren, Brielle Sampson, Brooklynn Sampson, Emilia Wooding and Annie Dodd; his sister Pearl Bristow (Duane) of Albany, KY; Chad Harlan (Tracey) of St. Joseph, Michigan.. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Revive Church (3212 Springfield Rd, East Peoria, IL 61611). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the Fondulac Cemetery (143 Arnold Rd, East Peoria, IL 61611).
