He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Collins Harmon (Rollins) of East Peoria; his children, Rocky Collins, Jr. (Tifani) of Germantown Hills, IL, Tommy Collins (Angie) of Wildwood, FL, Christina Whiteford (Dusty) of Rising Sun, IN and Melissa Collins of Aurora, IN; and his siblings, Gussie B. Collins of East Peoria, Todd Collins of East Peoria, Rita Jeffery of East Peoria, Elizabeth Wall (Sam) of Pekin, IL, Bill Collins of East Peoria and Danny Collins of East Peoria. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
