We bid farewell to Shay M. Wright of East Peoria, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 24, 2026 at the age of 56. Shay touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father Tom Marliere. She is survived by: her mother Kathryn Marliere; her husband Chuck Wright of East Peoria; her children, Joshua Wright (Kayleigh) of Pevely, MO, Jacob Wright of East Peoria, Bryant Gordon (Keith Wilfinger) of Morton and Breanne Gordon of East Peoria; her grandchildren, Haven, Kailo Wright, Michal, Aurora Wilfinger and Xavier Glass; and her siblings, Terry of Peoria and Nathan Marliere of Peoria. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
Those who wish may leave a memorial in Shay's name at the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation or to Mom's Who Care-East Peoria Community High School.
