It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sid Peterson of East Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on February 6, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Eric Peterson (Beth) of Glen Ellyn, Emily Points (Brian) of Germantown Hills and Stephen Peterson (Michelle) of Morton; his sister Janet Hardine (Jim) of Galesburg; and his grandchildren, Addison, Andrew, Sydney, Dean, Wynn, Ben and Thayer.
