We bid farewell to Timothy Gene Maltby of East Peoria, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 4, 2025 at the age of 74. Timothy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Willis and Cathern Rosalie Maltby (Tandy); and his siblings, Mary Giffhorn, Otto Maltby, Jr. and Ted Maltby.
He is survived by: his children, Tammie Avery (Matt) of Mackinaw, Nicole Landsverk (Steve Fulscher) of Mt. Pulaski and Timothy James Maltby (Laurel Brown-Maltby) of Great Falls, Montana; his grandchildren, Tẽa Landsverk, Will Avery (Hannah), Mikaela Avery, Elijah Landsverk, Richard Brown-Maltby and Lincoln Brown-Maltby; and his siblings, Thomas Maltby of Pilot Knob, Willa Hundley of McKee and Patty Maltby of Peoria.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Northwoods Community Church (10700 N Allen Rd, Peoria, IL 61615). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Prairie Haven Cemetery (200 Veterans Dr, Pekin, IL 61554).
