He was predeceased by: his mother Annie Luckey. He is survived by: his wife Mildred; his children, Michelle, Leland (Tenisha), Ardith, Tonya Brown (Eric) and Whitney; and his siblings, Kirbie Baldwin, Deborah Waller and Vincent Luckey (Fredia). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
