He was predeceased by : his siblings, Levoy Perry, Rufus Perry, Gloria Perry Brandon, Joyce Perry Dones, Viola Perry Harris and Willietta Perry.

He is survived by : his siblings, Willie L. Perry Jr., Ernestine Perry, Rosalind Perry and Rhonda Perry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
