He was predeceased by: his parents, Margerie Wayner Singleton and Alphonso Biggs; and his stepchild Monte Conrad. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Biggs; his stepchildren, Veletta M. Conrad, Sharing S. Conrad Jackson (India) and Sheldon P. Beckham; his great great grandchild Michael Biggs (Mary); his grandson Martin Biggs (Jasmine); his great grandchild Marquis; Wayner, Elvia Williams and Shirley Singleton. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
