Cookson of Easton, Illinois, born in Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on October 20, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse B. Cookson and Anna Mae Cookson (Bright); and his spouse Fay Tomlinson. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Cookson of Easton, Susie Cookson of Easton, Stephanie Leonard (Kenny) of Easton and Jamie Billingsly of Pekin; and his grandchildren, Zach Cookson of Easton, Lexi, Conner and Quentin Billingsley of Pekin.
