He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles and Edna Showalter (Crane); and his siblings, Twila Shoemaker, Rose John, Dru Fairow, Charles "Chubb" Showalter, Shirley Montgomery, Alice Sinclair, Betty Thomas, Sharon Copp and Kenny Showalter.
He is survived by : his children, Ben Showalter (Lindsay) of Havana and Kassie Johnson (Mike) of Havana; and his grandchildren, Alex, Lauren, Laikyn, Logan Showalter, Grace, Libbie and Averie Johnson.
Memorial contributions may be made to his church or HHS Girls Softball.
