He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Joy Hall (Palmer) of Eddyville, IL.; his wife Mikki Lee Hall; his sons, Joshua "Wyatt" Hall, James Michael Hall and Jace Dean Hall; his siblings, Kenneth "Michael" Hall (Jessi) and Katelyn Rose Ann Bremer (John Bremer); his aunts and uncles, Larry Richards, Darise Cullum (Palmer), Eddy, Martha Hall, Donnie Hall (Brenda Hall) and Ann Porter (Don Porter); his nieces, Noa Lynn Bremer and Wrenlee Kate Bremer; and his nephew Jamison Dale Bremer.
