He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Ortman and Lucille Ortman (Lowe); his son Brandon Lynn Ortman; and his brother Peter Anthony Ortman. He is survived by: his wife Janis Ortman of Edinburg, IL; his son Geoffrey Ortman of Taylorville, IL; and his sisters, Janice Hayden (Tracy) of Pinckneyville, IL and Jean Ortman of Taylorville, IL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
