She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Fryman and Beulah Fryman (Hurt); her husband Paul D. Emerson; and her daughter Christine Bell. She is survived by: her son Gary Emerson; her grandchildren, Kimberly Smith, Aaron Sutter, Asher Emerson, Zebulon Emerson and Timothy Bell; her sister Doris Ann Fryman; and her son-in-law Tom Bell. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Lutheran Cemetery (914 S Pleasant St, Peoria, IL 61604).
