She is survived by: her children, Jerry Heinz (Debi) of Peoria Heights, Carole Heinz of Edwards, James Heinz (Debbie) of Chillicothe, Elizabeth Johnston (David) of Dunlap and Amy Novak (Paul) of Arizona; and her grandchildren, Bob, Becky, Tom, Jamie, Laurie, Kimberlee, Ashlee, Joe, Michael, Josh and Kelsey. She is also survived by 36 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or through memorial masses in Sally's honor.
