Sandra Maybelle Purtscher Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Sandra Maybelle Purtscher of Edwards, Illinois. Sandra, born on July 13, 1945, passed away on October 4, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sandra Maybelle Purtscher to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McGrew and Vivian McGrew (Taylor); and her siblings, Marion "Bud" McGrew and Opal "Charlene" Misener. She is survived by: her husband Jim Purtscher; her daughters, Debbie Hoffman (Eric) and Amy Nee (Timothy); and her grandchildren, Kyle, Emma Hoffman, Manuel Divino, III, Maya and Caoimhe Nee.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel (2021 N University St, Peoria, IL 61604). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
