Harper, Jr.; his grandchildren, Mitchell and Riley Steinkuehler; his children, Kelton, Claire and Grace Forrester; and his siblings, David Gene Harper, Joella Ray Hughes and Alice Roxanne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
