She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bob" J. Smith of Edwardsville, IL, John A. Smith (Melinda) of Collinsville, IL and Susan M. Franke (Bill) of Arizona City, AZ; and her sister Margaret Moody of Worden, IL.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to St. Boniface Angel Fund, Arthritis Foundation, or the American Heart Association.
