He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde "Buck" Southard and Frieda Southard (Rauch). He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Bouse (Don) of Edwardsville, IL. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Metro East Humane Society in Edwardsville.
