He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cunningham and Louise Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Melaney Winslade (Brad), Natalie Poulter (Andy), Ed III Cunningham (Lacey), Liam Cunningham (Holly) and Alina Cunningham; his brother Michael Cunningham (Nichole); and his grandchildren, Addison Coleman, Willow and Killian Cunningham. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Beverly Farm in Godfrey, Illinois, or the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
