He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmet Moore and Mary Moore (Wahl); and his siblings, Harold Moore, John Moore, Dorothy Merz and Marge Boursier.

He is survived by: his wife Glenda Moore (Garner) of Edwardsville; his children, Cody Moore of Edwardsville, Macie Wren (Chris) of Edwardsville and Jodie Moore of Fort Myers, FL; his stepchildren, Dale Smith (Rachel) of Moro, IL, Kim Smith and Greg Mattern of Glen Carbon; his grandchildren, Emma Moore, Joseph Moore of Glen Carbon, Alexandria Wren, Kiara Wren of Edwardsville, Gabriella Moore of Fort Myers, FL, Zachary Smith of Edwardsville, Brandon (Marisa Smith) of Bossier City, LA, Trenton Smith, Jacob Smith, Lucas Smith, Jessica Smith of Moro, IL, Jaden Smith of Cedar Hill, MO and Estephan Galvan (Nikki); his children, Alexis, Evan, Peyton and Zander of Cedar Hill, MO.; and his great grandchild Alexander Smith of Glen Carbon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
