With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eric W. Waltenberger of Edwardsville, Illinois, born in Granite City, Illinois, who passed away on May 19, 2022 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Waltenberger and Cecilia Waltenberger (Finck). He is survived by: his wife Connie S. Waltenberger (Stroder); his son Wyatt W. Waltenberger of Edwardsville; his brother Paul J.; his sister-in-law Alicia Waltenberger of Edwardsville; his sisters, Diane M. (Paul Zimmer) and Lisa A. (Gene Maurer); and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Stroder of Whitewater, Missouri, Randy and Susan Stroder of Troy. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; other extended family and friends.
Memorials may be made to Metro Church, Got Your Six Support Dogs or to a charity of one's choice and may be accepted at the funeral home.
