He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert and Susie Adell Mayberry (Young); his siblings, Wilma Gregor, William Mayberry and Lawrence Mayberry; and his grandson Kevin Goodwin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jill Ellen Schulte (John) of Edwardsville, IL and Jana Lynn Goodwin (Mark) of Danville, IL; his grandchildren, Patrick Goodwin (Carly) of Danville, IL, Kaitlyn Goodwin (Perry Hess) of Jacksonville, FL, Rev. Michael Schulte of Atlanta, GA, Emily Schulte of Edwardsville, IL and Ellen Schulte (Jayveon Hawkins) of Edwardsville, IL; and his great grandchildren, Jade Schulte, Caylin, Aubree Collins, Matèo Hawkins and Rhylan Goodwin.
The family suggests memorials to Eden Church.
