Francis C. Cutlip Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on May 17, 2025, at the age of 82, Francis C. Cutlip of Edwardsville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Cutlip and Mary Cutlip; his wife Esther Allene Cutlip; and his son Craig Cutlip. He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Samoska (Stan) of Edwardsville, IL; his sister Joyce Black (Ken); his daughter-in-law Julie Cutlip of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Kori, Clayton, Adam, Sarah and Jeff (Michelle); and his great grandchild Amia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
