He is survived by: his children, Tyler Tingley (Theresa) of Ohio, Ingrid Duhr (Jason) of Texas, Anna Grindstaff (Ray) of Illinois and Kristie Austin of Ohio; his grandchildren, Eva, Austin, Kyelynn, Mason and Braveri; his sisters, Teresa Boyer (Roy) and Penny Tingley; and his stepmother Frances Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; cousins; other extended family and friends.
