He is survived by: his wife Sabrina Bowling; his children, Aaron Bowling and Emily Bowling (Ethan Riepl); his nieces and nephews, Robin Blunt (Micah), Samantha Smugala, Nicole Haukap (Jared), Scott Klopfer, Jordan Smugala and Wyatt; his sister Sharon Davis; his siblings-in-law, Shari Smugala, Dan Klopfer and Tom Smugala; Liam Walker. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and their children.
Memorials are suggested to the Saint Louis Zoo Wildcare Institute or SIUE Foundation which will be designated to the Donal Myer Arboretum and will be received at Barry Wilson Funeral Home, 2800 N. Center Street, Maryville, IL 62062.
