Garner (Chitwood); his children, Angela Mersinger (Scott) of St. Jacob, Ronald Bitticks of Bethalto and Randall Bitticks of Granite City; his grandchildren, Heather Cupples (Jared), Kayla Mosby, Alizabeth Mosby (Tony Stiehr), Alexandria Mosby (Ray Weaver), Allison Mosby, Alyssa Bitticks and John Bitticks; his great grandchildren, Anderson, Kolson, Carter, Lorna and Kaydon; his daughter Ashley Westbrooks; and his brothers, David Garner (Maggie) of O'Fallon and Mark Garner of Edwardsville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
