She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Klunk and Lillian Klunk (Gress); her husband Anthony A. Sauer; and her siblings, June Puterbaugh, Harold Klunk, Lawrence Klunk, Betty Godar, Fannie Meyer and Gene Klunk.
She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Sauer II (Cheryl) of Edwardsville, IL, Mark Sauer (Chris) of St. Peters, MO and Dennis Sauer (Bridget Tobin) of Round Lake, IL; her grandchildren, Anthony Sauer III (Daniel Sanchez) of Aurora, IL and Kate Sauer of Kansas City, MO; and her siblings, Bill Klunk of Kampsville, IL, Jim Klunk of Godfrey, IL and Sharon Dunn of Oakland, MI..
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Alzheimer's Association or American Cancer Society.
