She was predeceased by: her parents, William Strohmeier and Mary Strohmeier (Stahlhut); her former husband Norman W. Schmitt; her husband Robert J. Frey; and her son-in-law Stephen Stratmann.
She is survived by: her daughter Pattie Stratmann of Edwardsville, IL; her grandchildren, Vanessa White of St. Peters, MO and Kyle White of Edwardsville, IL; her great grandchildren, Ethan Bailey-White, Collin Bailey-White, Isabelle Bailey-White, Payton White, Sawyer White and Kylee White; and her great great grandchild Hudson Bailey-Seay.
The family suggests memorials to the Alzheimer's Association or American Cancer Society.
