He is survived by: his wife Carole Parson of Edwardsville, Illinois; his daughter Amy McGarr (Michael) of Edwardsville, Illinois; his brother Jack Parson (Nancy) of Mt. Pleasant; and his granddaughters, Katie McGarr and Lauren McGarr. He is also survived by extended family; and many wonderful friends.
