She was predeceased by: her parents, James Duckworth and Elizabeth Stewart Duckworth; her husband Billy Jean Meldi; and her brother-in-law James Trump. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Patricia Meldi of Edwardsville, IL and Billy Meldi of Saint Louis, MO; and her sisters, Roberta Trump of Edwardsville, IL and Carol Bock of Winston Salem, NC. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews, several great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kravanya Funeral Home (203 E Elm St, Gillespie, IL 62033). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
