She was predeceased by: her parents, George Willard and Lydia Lorene Hack (Wilson); her husband Paul Warren; and her siblings, Kathryn Humphrey, Barbara Stewart and Kenneth Hack.
She is survived by: her daughter Kelley; her son-in-law Tom Whorl of Maryville; her son Gregory Warren of South Roxana; and her grandchildren, Tyler Whorl, Brad Warren, Stefanie Warren, Hannah Warren, Noah Warren, Faith Warren, Isaiah Warren and Jeremiah Fariah.
