She was predeceased by: her mother Edna Louis Wilkening; her husband Harry Walter Olive; her daughters, Deborah Olive and Diana Geuss; her siblings, Roger Wilkening, Donald Wilkening (Verna), Verla June Donaldson (Carl) and Bettie Head (Frank); and her parents-in-law, Lawrence and Martha Olive.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Olive of Edwardsville and Ruth Gevers (Stephen) of Edwardsville; her son-in-law Joseph Geuss of Worden; and her brother Alvin Wilkening (Janet) of Hamel. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at 5838 Staunton Rd, Edwardsville, IL 62025. A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, plants, or other gifts, memorials may be made to Hamel Immanuel UCC Memorial Fund or Hitz Home and will be received at the visitation or by mail at Moss Funeral Home, 1501 9th St., Highland, IL 62249, which is serving the family.
