He is survived by : his father Ralph Hodges; his wife Melanie; his children, Christopher Hodges of Shelbyville, IN, Nicholas Hodges (Beth) of Franklin, IN, Kelsey Alward (Matthew) of Moweaqua, IL, Samantha Hodges of Moweaqua, IL, Seth Fink (Ashley) of Bethalto, Alexander Fink of O'Fallon, IL, Jack Kassab of Parker, CO and Jett Kassab of Parker, CO; his grandchildren, Dean Fink, James Hodges, Vincent Hodges and Reagan Hodges; his sisters, Beth Butler (Jim) of Blue Mound, IL and Jennifer Higginbotham (Jamey) of Gillespie; his sister-in-law Brandi Adair of Wood River; and his stepmother Judy Hodges of Taylorville.
