He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Donald and Betty Keith (Shepherd); and his sister Paula Keith Goodwin. He is survived by : his wife Stacey Francis; his children, Lindsey Keck (Austin), Alex Keith (Abby), Lauren Keith, Penelope Keith, Josh Lynch and Brooke Lynch; his grandchildren, Jax, Jude Keck, Chloe, Benjamin Keith, Finnley, Crew Koepke and Hudson Lynch; his sister Toni Wendler (Mark); and his parents-in-law, Fred and Charla Francis. He is also survived by other relatives and his many friends.

Memorials in Stephen's honor may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Children's St. Louis.
