He is survived by: his wife Vicki (Giger); his children, Christy McDougal (Patrick) of Edwardsville, Todd Allen of Edwardsville, Nathan Allen (Daven) of Marine and Chad Allen (Melissa) of Edwardsville; his grandchildren, Elizabeth McDougal, Kenneth McDougal, Noah Allen, Madelyn Allen, Chase Allen and Caitlyn Allen; his siblings, Patricia Evans of Trenton, Sheila Quick (Dennis) of Greenville, Gail Henkhaus (Dale) of Alhambra, Bruce Allen (Lisa) of Alhambra and Yvonne Green (Tad) of Alhambra; and his brother-in-law Don Hediger of Grantfork.
