He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Jacober and Hildegarde Jacober (Frey); and his siblings, Paul Jacober, Evelyn Daniels, Robert Jacober, Doris Johnson, Donald Jacober and Richard Jacober.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Hogue; his children, Thomas Jacober (Amy) of Lebanon, TN and Jennifer Goldenbaum (David) of Champaign, IL; his grandchildren, Elijah, William, Isabel, Ezra Jacober, Amelia and Isaac Goldenbaum; and his sister Margie Morgan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Boniface Catholic Church or Hope Animal Rescues in Godfrey, IL.
