She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Eaker and Mary "Mamie" Eaker (Morlan); and her siblings, Velma Angel, Lorene Cox, Mary Eaker, Warren Eaker, Rayburn Eaker, Darrell Eaker, Vivian Eaker, Lettie Simmons (Bill) and Dorma Mueller (Dale).
She is survived by: her daughter Julie Ann Bond; her granddaughter Lauren Bond Brickey; her husband Jack Butler; her grandson Jacob Bond Mudge; and her children, John Butler (Kathleen), Tom Butler and Anne Herrin. She is also survived by her family, especially her daughter and her grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Edwardsville Arts Center.
