She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Parks and Lucille Parks (Norris); her husband Leslie "Glenn" Boomgarden; her siblings, Sandy Crain (Merle) and Bill Parks (Joann); her brother-in-law Louis Hankins; and her nephews, Brian Mandel and Ronnie Crain.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie Boomgarden (Pamela), Dianne Guth (Bill), Brenda Umphress (Kevin), Michael Boomgarden (Donna) and Katie Meier; her grandchildren, Derek Boomgarden (Donna), Billy Guth (Clarissa), Shaun Jensen (Stephanie), Jenny LaForce (Matt), Chad Guth (Lisa), Melanie Ibsh (Eric), Jason Umphress (Nicole), Richard Boomgarden (Allison), Alyssa Werfelmann (Paul), Sarah Boomgarden (Cody), Jacob Boomgarden, Nick Meier (Aly), Dillon Meier and Megan Meier (Greg); and her siblings, Lois "Toby" Hankins, Bev Mandel, Connie Wilhite, Doyle Parks (Trela) and Robert Parks. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Crossroads Cancer Center.
