She is survived by: her children, Phillip Toops (Rita), Sandra Luchtefeld (Paul), Santa, Vernon Toops and Jay Toops; and her sister Joan Lynch. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Swengel-O'Dell Funeral Home of Neoga (520 Oak Ave, Neoga, IL 62447). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
