He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Osborne and Virginia Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Osborne; his children, Jeremiah Osborne (Mickie), Valerie Berry (Shawn), Rachel Sanders (Billy), Carrie Meinhart (Ken) and Amy Tegeler (Josh); his siblings, Ronnie Osborne (Michelle) and Michelle Kaufman (Rodney); and his grandchildren, Casey, Shelby (Ryan), Megan, Jesse, Annabel, Scarlett, Chase, Wade, Reese, Emma, Jack and Mia.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (901 W Jefferson Ave, Effingham, IL 62401). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Brad's memory to either Transitions Hospice Care or Enduring Freedom Ministries in Shumway.
