He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferd Breer and Helen Breer (Vahling); his daughter Louise Breer; and his siblings, Leona Willenborg, Agnes Ruholl, Joe Breer and Theresa Overbeck.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Breer of Green Creek; his children, Karen Randolph (Dave), Gary Breer (Marti), Steve Breer (Pam), Doug Breer (Michelle) and Margie Steck (Tom); his siblings, Florence Kinkelaar, Paul Breer (Donna) and Kathy Hendrickson (Jerry); his sister-in-law Kay Breer; and his in-laws, Janet Hanfland, Dolores Nieman, Marge Fearday (Ken), George Deters (Mary), Evelyn Strubing (Rod) and Anita Deters. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church (20057 County Rd 1525 E, Effingham, IL 62401). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St Mary Cemetery.
