He is survived by: his parents, Michael Feldhake and Darlene Feldhake (Pruemer) of Teutopolis; his wife Susie Feldhake; his children, Jacie Feldhake (Ian Lucas) and Aidan Michael Feldhake; his sister Lisa (Feldhake); his in-laws, Lori and Phil Claar of Effingham; his siblings-in-law, Katie Miller of Effingham, Donna Davies (Kyle) of Mattoon, David Tucker (Adrienne) of Santa Clarita, CA and Taylor Claar (Hilary) of Effingham; and his sibling's children, Kyle Zumbahlen, Tori Zumbahlen (DJ Alzate), Evan Zumbahlen (Camryn Martin), Stephen Andres, Wyatt Miller, Ethan Tucker, Wesley Tucker, Brodie Rentfro, Kendal Rentfro, Kalin Davies and Judah Claar.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the family in honor of Dennis' children.
