He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kemme and Louise Kemme (Borgic); his wife Marita C. Kortte; and his siblings, Bob Kemme (Esther), Clarence Kemme, Tom Kemme, Luella Roepke (Dick), Rosella Swingler (Donald), Wilma Holkenbrink (Leo) and Dorothy Kemme.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Kemme (Karen), Paul Kemme (Jane), Bishop Carl Kemme, Todd Kemme (Julie), Edward Kemme (Leslie) and Lucinda Herboth (Brian); his brother Maurice "Mo" Kemme (Rita); and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Kemme and Verena Kemme. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mary's Parish Hall Building Fund or St. Mary's Cemetery.
