He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Young and Mabel M. Young (Vail); his wife Mary Ann; his grandson Tyler Davidson; and his siblings-in-law, John Finfrock (Marcia), Benson Finfrock, Sarah Warren (James), Luella Hooks (Harlan), Jane Pugsley (Danny) and Allegra Ellis (David).
He is survived by: his children, Steven A. Young (Marsha), Jerry D. Young (LaCletia), Diane E. Davidson (Paul) and Linda Young; his grandsons, Bryan Davidson (Ashlee) and Mitchell Young (Shelby); his great grandchildren, Katelyn Davidson, Jade Davidson and Amelia Young; and his sister-in-law Marsha Finfrock. He is also survived by twin great-grandchildren on the way, as well as six step-great-grandchildren.
