He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert E. Stanley and Mable Stanley (Zumbaugh); and his sister Martha Sparks. He is survived by : his siblings, Robert G. Stanley of Lerna, IL, William Stanley (Cindy) of Effingham, Mark Stanley of Indiana, Gary Stanley of Holland, MI, Maria Prosser (Charles) of Effingham and Mary Ullrich (Joe) of Altamont; and his close friend Kathy Schoonover. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Johnson Funeral Home, 1110 N. Fourth Street, Effingham IL 62401 to help with funeral expenses.
